If you see a piece in person or in my online shop and would just like it modified, contact me to see if the materials are available, etc. I'd also be happy to work with you to make a brand new design and see photos, drawings, or that special family heirloom or flea market find you'd like incorporated into your new piece. We can discuss the specifics including style, bead choices, clasps, length, etc. There is a $30 consultation fee that will be added in to your overall cost.

Caring for your fine silver jewelry is very easy. The more you wear it, the less you will need to clean it, but when you do need to shine it up a bit you can try one of the following options:

– Hold your piece of jewelry under warm running water and add a tiny bit of mild dish soap to your fingers. Rub the piece gently with your fingers or a soft bristled toothbrush until you see it begin to shine. Rinse and dry and enjoy the new shine!

– In an aluminum pan (this is critical, so don’t try to get away with plastic or glass- HAS to be ALUMINUM) mix equal parts of baking powder and salt (I usually use about a tablespoon of each). Add boiling water and swish your ALL FINE SILVER (no pearls, no stones, no glass, no nothing except fine silver!) briefly. Take it out promptly and rinse under warm water. Repeat until you see the results you are looking for. Be sure to rinse your jewelry off really well as any remaining salt could eat away the silver. Dry and GO!

If there is a defect with a piece of ladeDAH! jewelry that is due to a problem with how I made it or a faulty component, the repair is free! If you have loved your ladeDAH! piece of jewelry so much that you’ve worn it “to death” or if you caught it on your carburetor while tuning up your car ;), I will repair it for the cost of materials and labor. In either case, please send me a photo of your sad and broken piece and I can usually give you a good estimation of what it will cost to repair it. Please note that I only repair ladeDAH! jewelry.

I accept returns within 7 days of purchase for ladeDAH! credit, provided there is no damage to the item. I want my customers to be happy with their LadeDAH! purchases so please contact me within the 7 days to discuss a mutually satisfying arrangement to get your piece returned/exchanged.
